Would say it was an appalling service but they didn’t actually turn up to provide the service on three different occasions. First appointment was a five hour slot 1pm-6pm - they attempted to visit the property at 7pm which was too late. Next day provided a two hour slot which again they missed, the engineer was extremely rude and tried to insist we pay a missed inspection charge. The office then apologies anda assured me on the third occasion, a 5pm - 6pm slot, that they would get the visit completed only to inform me on the day they need to reschedule again. This in their own words was them trying their best. After three failed attempts, and three times organising access in a tenanted property, we have had to go elsewhere to get our fire risk assessment completed. Avoid this company.

Mathew came to do the job for us, and although we were late for the appointment, he waited 15 minutes outside the property, when he started the testing he was in no hurry, completed the EICR inspection and issued the certificate straight away to the company and i received the certificate the same day.
